New and/or Prospective Commercial Tenants
With any change of commercial occupancy, the following information regarding Fire and Life Safety Codes must be adherred to:
  1.      Any change of occupancy will require the installation of a Fire Alarm System.
  2.      Any change of occupancy that increases the Hazard Use will also require the installation of a Fire Sprinkler System.

Landlord notification to new and/or prospective tenants of the above Fire and Life Safety Codes will help ensure a smooth tranition for new tenants and businesses in Elmhurst.
